Common questions
How do credits work?
A video with a standard voice costs 10 credits per minute, and AI illustrations cost a little extra per image. Credits are reserved when you start a video and only spent once it renders successfully.
What happens if a video fails?
The credits reserved for it go straight back to your balance — no need to ask. If it keeps failing, use “Report a problem” on the video's page so we can take a look.
How long can my videos be?
Up to 2 min on the Free plan, 10 min on Starter and Pro, and 30 min on Enterprise.
Which voices and languages can I use?
Narration uses natural-sounding AI voices from Google in many languages and accents, and you can preview each one in the create form. We don't clone real people's voices.
Do I need to credit the stock footage and music?
It isn't required, but it's appreciated: each finished video has a Credits list you can paste into your description. Just don't resell the original clips or music on their own. See Media attribution.
Do I need to label my videos as AI-generated?
YouTube, TikTok and Meta ask creators to disclose realistic AI-generated or altered content. Animated explainers usually don't need a label, but if your video could pass for real footage of real people or events, switch on the platform's AI label when you upload.
Can I get a refund?
Failed renders are refunded automatically. Your first payment for a plan can be refunded in full within 7 days — see our Refund Policy, then contact us below with your order number.
